COVID-19 POLICY

The Hearth’s COVID-19 Policy for In-Person Workshops

As of January 1st, 2022

The Hearth is dedicated to creating a safe environment for our participants and staff as we return to in-person workshops and events. We will follow state guidelines and will amend our policies as the current situation changes and guidelines are updated.

PLEASE NOTE: ANY CHANGES TO 2023 COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS WILL BE ANNOUNCED PRIOR TO THE START OF THE WORKSHOP

Safety Requirements

Proof of full vaccination or recent negative COVID-19 test

All workshop participants MUST present proof of full vaccination completed at least 14 days prior to workshop date, OR a negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours of workshop (A photocopy or digital photo is fine.) Failure to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result will prevent you from attending the in-person training.

Please email a photo of your vaccination certificate to susannah@thehearthcommunity.com at least one week before the start of the workshop.

If you are providing test results, please bring a digital or paper copy to the first day of the workshop.

In the case of a positive test result, you will not be allowed to attend the workshop and we will work with you to provide either a refund or credit for a future workshop.

Masks

All participants must wear masks during the workshop unless drinking or eating.
