The Hearth in partnership with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival presents “Separate/Together.” This evening of personal storytelling will present four local residents who will share stories of race, immigration, gender inequality and other experiences of being separated or connected with others. Tellers include Jocksana Corona, Jesse Parks, and others. The second half of the night will invite audience members to share their own stories of separation and reconciliation. Hosted by Mark Yaconelli. 7 to 9 pm at Temple Emek Shalom in Ashland, Oregon. $5 suggested donation to benefit The Racial Equity Coalition of Southern Oregon. This event is a part of OSF’s Separate/Together Symposium held August 24-26 at The Oregon Shakespeare Festival.
